How long have you been working with us?

I started my position as a security guard at SGG in November 2024, and it has now been about 5 to 6 months since I joined.

​What is your best memory at SGG?

One of my best memories at SGG was when I found myself in a difficult situation late at night with no immediate solution. My team leader personally came to assist me, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. What stood out to me was that it’s not just the supervisors but also the higher authorities and every team member at SGG who genuinely care about their employees.

​Where do you see yourself in the future of Security Guard Group?

I see myself growing within SGG, possibly moving into a support staff role or even a leadership position in the future. I want to continue learning and contributing to the team in a more significant way.

​What initiated you to become a security guard?

To be honest, I didn’t initially plan to become a security guard, as I had no prior experience in the field. I was simply looking for a job, but after joining SGG, I’ve come to enjoy the work and the environment. It has been a great experience so far.

​What excites you about your role at SGG?

What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to interact with new people every day. It’s a wonderful experience to meet different individuals, learn about them, and handle various situations.
