How long have you been working with us?

I have been with the Security Guard Group for almost a year now, and each day has been a rewarding experience. Though it's been just over 11 months, I've had the opportunity to learn and grow professionally in ways I never imagined.

​What is your best memory at SGG?

One significant improvement I've witnessed during my time at SGG is the introduction of the trailer for our use. Previously, during hot or cold days, we would often find ourselves sitting in our cars for extended periods. However, thanks to the company's initiative to utilize the trailer, we now have a more comfortable and conducive environment during our shifts. This change has not only enhanced our comfort but also increased our efficiency and morale while on dutyg support and consistently exceeded expectations. The management team has proven to be highly approachable, readily addressing any issues or concerns that arise. I have never encountered a company that demonstrates as much care and dedication as SGG does. Being a member of this team brings me genuine happiness and fulfillment.

In the future of Security Guard Group, I envision myself continuing to grow professionally within the company. I aspire to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the advancement of our security protocols and services. Ultimately, I aim to become a trusted leader within the organization.

​What initiated you to become a security guard?

Beginning my journey in the security industry as a security guard is just the starting step toward advancing in this field. Motivated by my passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of others, I recognized the importance of security in our society early on. Becoming a security guard was not only a natural fit for me but also the initial step towards utilizing my skills and dedication to make a positive impact in the community. It serves as a foundation upon which I aim to build a successful and fulfilling career, aspiring to advance and grow professionally within this dynamic industry.

What excites me most about my role at SGG is the opportunity to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their property. Knowing that I play a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment gives me a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
