In the future, I see myself taking on more responsibility at Security Guard Group, possibly in a supervisory or management role. I aim to develop my leadership skills, mentor new guards, and help improve safety protocols. I also plan to expand my knowledge in security technology and risk management to stay current with industry trends. Ultimately, I want to contribute to creating a more efficient security system while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both clients and team members.
What initiated you to become a security guard?
I became a security guard to start a new chapter in a different country.
