How long have you been working with us?

I joined the Security Guard Group in June 2024, and since then, it has been a great experience where I have learned valuable skills and contributed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

​What is your best memory at SGG?

One of my best memories was when I successfully handled a difficult situation by staying calm and following proper procedures. It reinforced my confidence and showed me how important my role is in maintaining security. The teamwork and support from my colleagues made the experience even more rewarding.

​Where do you see yourself in the future of Security Guard Group?

I see myself growing within SGG, gaining more experience, and taking on greater responsibilities. My goal is to advance into a leadership role, such as a team leader or supervisor, where I can guide and support my team while contributing to the company’s success.

​What initiated you to become a security guard?

I have always been interested in safety and security, and I wanted a career where I could make a difference by protecting people and assets. The role of a security guard allows me to stay active, think critically, and handle real-world challenges, which makes it a fulfilling profession for me.

​What excites you about your role at SGG?

I find most exciting about my role is the responsibility of maintaining safety and security. Each day presents new challenges, keeping me engaged and sharp. I enjoy staying vigilant, addressing issues effectively, and collaborating with a dedicated team that prioritizes protection and teamwork.
