Yes. All Security Guard Group personnel are licensed by the Ministry of the Solicitor General and fully insured.

Each patrol includes a digital report with time, location, and guard notes. You’ll be able to access all reports through your secure portal.

We respond as soon as we are notified. Average response time is under 30 minutes, though this may vary due to weather, traffic, or call volume.

While we aim for consistency, our patrol routes are based on efficiency and real-time availability. All guards are fully licensed, trained, and briefed on your property instructions.

We will attempt to retry your payment up to 3 times. We’ll notify you via email if a payment is missed. Your services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time through your client portal. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

You’ll be billed automatically on the same day each month, starting at the end of your free trial (if applicable).

Yes, you can call or email us at info@securityguardgroup.ca and we will manually pause your subscription.

Any patrols, alarm responses, or welfare checks beyond your plan's monthly limit will be available at a pay-as-you-go flat fee, billed to your card on file.

We currently serve residential clients in London, Ontario. You must provide a valid service address within city limits to subscribe.

Yes! All of our monthly patrol plans (excluding On-Call Access) come with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to activate the trial.

If you're subscribed to a plan with alarm response (e.g. Patrol + Alarm Response), our team is automatically dispatched to your property for investigation up to 4 responses per month. If you’re on the On-Call plan, you can request a response at a per-visit fee.

Yes. You can request additional patrols, welfare checks (e.g. mail collection, door/window checks), or vacation watch services right from your mobile app or client portal.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Your services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
