How long have you been with us?

I have been with the company since spring of 2022.

What is your best memory at SGG?

My best memory is ongoing staff relationships, always assuring them and assisting them to the best of my ability gaining their trust and confidence and bringing their concerns to management as necessary.

Where do you see yourself in the future of Security Guard Group?

My future with SGG is contingent upon management growth and continuing to see quality guards join our staff. Truthfully my experience and efforts are best utilized as part of this team in whatever role is necessary, required or offered by the company.

What initiated you to become a security guard?

What influenced me to become a security guard? I had always wanted to be a police officer when young but unfortunately I was 1 inch short of the height requirement when I wanted to join. Thankfully thinking has changed! I think that protection of people and property is a valuable part of a security guard’s character. This includes those we may have to escort from our premises and sometimes they leave with a $5 bill because a security guard is a human being first.

What excites you about your role at SGG?

I think the future prospect of seeing this company as a relatively new one expanding its share of the market in the field of security. Being a supervisor allows me to play a supportive and trustworthy role to both management and our staff of guards.
