Timely alarm response is a critical component of Mobile Patrol services. When an alarm is triggered, a Security Guard is dispatched to the scene. The industry standard for alarm response time is approximately 2 hours. At Security Guard Group, we use the most current technology to optimize our travel routes and response times. A uniformed guard typically responds to an alarm in less than 30 minutes throughout Southwestern Ontario. Upon arriving at the property, they will check for unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, safety hazards, damage, and unlocked gates or windows.

When an incident occurs, clients need to have access to crucial information about their property. Our clients have 24/7 access to real-time reports. Following an alarm response, a report is shared with the client; this details the guard’s check-in time, property findings, applicable GPS coordinates, and response completion time. Clients can access this information remotely, anytime and anywhere, and can rest assured knowing their property is secure.
